You represent Fairmont Century Plaza with enthusiasm

As Server, you sell and service food and or beverage to include
the order-taking and delivery of any food and or beverage items. To prepare
beverages for guests and co-workers following Fairmont Century Plaza recipes
and guidelines for preparation, presentation and accountability in a cost
efficient manner.
To ensure compliance with all liquor laws. These tasks are to be handled in
a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in
a very high level of guest satisfaction.
