Job
Description

  • Prepare, cook, and present Western dishes
    in compliance with hotel recipes, food quality standards, portion control,
    and presentation requirements.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef
    with daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality,
    taste, portioning, and presentation.
  • Prepare ingredients, sauces,
    and mise en place for daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness
    and organization of the assigned kitchen section.
  • Follow all food
    safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
  • Properly store, label,
    and rotate food items using FIFO principles.
  • Minimize food waste
    and support cost control initiatives.
  • Monitor stock levels and report
    shortages to the Chef de Partie.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment
    is operated safely and maintained in good condition.
  • Work
    collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure timely food preparation
    and service.
  • Comply with all hotel policies, health & safety
    regulations, and Accor brand standards.

  • Minimum 1–2
    years of experience as a Commis or Cook in a Thai kitchen, preferably in a hotel
    or upscale restaurant.
  • Good knowledge of authentic Thai cuisine
    and cooking techniques.
  • Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene,
    and HACCP practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
    environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong
    teamwork skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public
    holidays.
  • Must be able to read and communicate in Thai. Basic English
    communication is an advantage.
