As a Food & Beverage
Team Member, you are responsible for delivering excellent customer service
across the hotel's food and beverage outlets. Duties include welcoming guests,
taking food and drink orders, serving meals and beverages, preparing restaurant
and bar areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, processing
payments, replenishing stock, and ensuring guests receive a friendly
and efficient service in line with the hotel's standards.
