As a Maintenance Shift Engineer you will:Â
Â
Be service mindedÂ
Actively contribute
to guests' comfortÂ
Carry out occasional repair work
as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problemsÂ
Prevent problems from occurring in the hotel's
technical installationsÂ
Implement the corrective
action plans as communicated by the Technical ManagerÂ
Follow the preventive maintenance programmeÂ
Be in contact with all hotel departmentsÂ
       â¢Â     Applies water hygiene proceduresÂ
       â¢Â     Run regular checks and repairs on plant rooms
equipment Â
       â¢Â     Organise and support the teamÂ
in order to complete different tasksÂ
       â¢Â    Manage
the workshop and monitor the spare parts stock Â
       â¢Â Â
   Daily checks on hotelâs BMS to provide best possible comfort for hotel
guestsÂ
    â¢Â     Log calls and supervise external
contractorsÂ
Salary: £31,535 per year
The
successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
