Job
Description

As a Maintenance Shift Engineer you will:Â

Â

  • Be service mindedÂ

  • Actively contribute
    to guests' comfortÂ

  • Carry out occasional repair work
    as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problemsÂ

  • Prevent problems from occurring in the hotel's
    technical installationsÂ

  • Implement the corrective
    action plans as communicated by the Technical ManagerÂ

  • Follow the preventive maintenance programmeÂ

  • Be in contact with all hotel departmentsÂ

       •     Applies water hygiene proceduresÂ

       •     Run regular checks and repairs on plant rooms
equipment Â

       •     Organise and support the teamÂ
in order to complete different tasksÂ

       •    Manage
the workshop and monitor the spare parts stock Â

       • Â
   Daily checks on hotel’s BMS to provide best possible comfort for hotel
guestsÂ

    •     Log calls and supervise external
contractorsÂ

Salary: £31,535 per year
