Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea, positioned
in the Kingdomâs groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access
to a nature-focused resort. With 361 rooms, eleven distinct dining concepts,
including overwater restaurants with views of the Red Sea and the mangroves,
and a spa. The resort will be situated next to an 18 hole championship golf
course, reflecting Fairmontâs association as a world class golf destination.
It will set new standards in sustainable development, positioned on 200km
of untouched coastline, an archipelago of more than 90 unspoiled islands,
dormant volcanoes, rich marine habitat, and ancient archaeological
sites.

Guest Service Excellence
- Provide courteous,
professional, and efficient food and beverage service at all
times. - Anticipate guest needs, preferences, and expectations to exceed
satisfaction. - Present menus proactively and provide detailed
explanations of dishes and beverages. - Maintain strong product knowledge,
including menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings. - Handle
guest feedback professionally and report any concerns to the Manager
on Duty.
Operations
- Serve and clear food
and beverage items in a timely and unobtrusive manner. - Ensure tables
are properly set, cleared, and reset according to service
standards. - Support team members with food running, table service,
and station refills. - Act as a link between Front of House and Back
of House to ensure smooth service flow. - Follow opening and closing
checklists to ensure seamless operations. - Maintain cleanliness
and organization of service stations at all times.
Financial
& Quality Standards
- Support daily financial targets
and operational goals of the outlet. - Follow all financial handling
procedures as per company guidelines. - Maintain compliance with LQA,
Forbes, and guest satisfaction benchmarks.
Health, Safety &
Hygiene
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP and FIFO
standards. - Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures,
including evacuation protocols. - Report hazards and maintenance issues
through the appropriate systems.
Teamwork &
Communication
- Maintain effective communication
with colleagues and management. - Attend all briefings, meetings,
and training sessions as required. - Support other departments when needed
and contribute to overall hotel operations. - Uphold grooming
and presentation standards at all times.
Additional
Responsibilities
- Perform any additional duties or special
projects assigned by management. - Demonstrate accountability
and ownership within the workplace. - Contribute to sustainability
initiatives and responsible operational practices.

Experience &
Education
- Minimum of 1â2 years of experience in a similar
role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment. - High school
diploma or equivalent preferred.
