Job
Description

Supervise daily cleaning operations in all public
areas of the hotel and BDMS Connect Center Building
Lead, train,
and support the housekeeping team to ensure high cleanliness standards
are consistently met
Inspect public areas regularly and follow up
on corrective actions
Monitor use and inventory of cleaning supplies
and equipment
Coordinate with other departments to address cleanliness
and maintenance issues promptly

Minimum 2â3
years of housekeeping or public area experience, with at least 1 year in
a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and team management
skills
Good attention to detail and problem-solving
ability
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
as required
Hotel experience preferred
Ability to speak, read,
and write in Thai is required; basic English communication is
an advantage
