  • Strategic portfolio visibility:
Maintain a consolidated view of PEO strategic activities, including progress,
risks, dependencies, decision points and expected outcomes. Highlight gaps

    progress.
  • Roadmap, OKR and priority alignment: Track
roadmap items, OKRs and priority activities across PEO.

Identify misalignment between department-level initiatives and PEO-wide
priorities, and prepare structured views to enable prioritisation and leadership
    decisions.
  • Executive reporting and decision material:
Produce concise reporting, decision notes, escalation summaries and progress
updates. Turn fragmented inputs into clear, fact-based material focused
    on decisions, risks, actions, trade-offs
    and outcomes.
  • Cross-department alignment: Ensure
