Description
Drive the execution system of the Platform
Engineering & Operations (PEO) department and provide consolidated
visibility across strategic activities. The role translates priorities into
decisions, actions, owners, timelines and measurable follow-through across
departments.
It tracks OKRs, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, escalation paths and executive
reporting to strengthen execution discipline and leadership visibility.
Operating transversally without direct authority, the role takes an active role
in selected strategic programm and helps move complex, multi-party topics
from alignment to execution.
- PEO execution system:
Run the mechanisms that give PEO leadership clear visibility on decisions,
actions, risks, dependencies, OKRs, roadmap alignment and execution progress.
Ensure decisions translate into clear owners, next steps, timelines
and follow-through. - Strategic program execution: Take
an active role in selected PEO strategic programmes by participating in key
meetings, capturing key discussions, documenting decisions, tracking actions,
managing dependencies and preparing status updates for internal and group-level
stakeholders. - Cross-department initiative delivery:
Structure PEO priority initiatives into actionable plans, milestones, owners,
dependencies and delivery checkpoints. Drive progress across teams, clarify
blockers, maintain momentum and escalate issues with options
and recommendations. - Strategic portfolio visibility:
Maintain a consolidated view of PEO strategic activities, including progress,
risks, dependencies, decision points and expected outcomes. Highlight gaps
between ambition, ownership, capacity and delivery
progress. - Roadmap, OKR and priority alignment: Track
roadmap items, OKRs and priority activities across PEO.
Identify misalignment between department-level initiatives and PEO-wide
priorities, and prepare structured views to enable prioritisation and leadership
decisions. - Executive reporting and decision material:
Produce concise reporting, decision notes, escalation summaries and progress
updates. Turn fragmented inputs into clear, fact-based material focused
on decisions, risks, actions, trade-offs
and outcomes. - Cross-department alignment: Ensure
relevant information flows between leadership, initiative owners
and contributors. Anticipate friction points, clarify dependencies
and strengthen alignment across departments involved in PEO strategic
activities.
