Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul has become Mandarin Oriental Hotel
Group's second hotel in Turkey. The hotel is located on the European side

Duties
and Responsibilities
To support, develop, implement, and adhere
to corporate & hotel People & Culture policies and procedures.
To manage
all vacancies and recruitment function, in line with budget requirements,
reviewing where necessary in line with operational needs.
To provide
specialized People & Culture (coaching, counselling, performance management
etc.) to Department Heads and colleagues in order to achieve the hotel strategic
business objectives.
To manage all colleagues' procedures with regard
to starters, transfers, promotions and variations plus leavers.
To ensure
that all People & Culture administration procedures are carried out
in accordance with hotel and legal requirements.
Represent the Director
of People & Culture in their absence.
To control day to day personnel
administration in response to requests and action plans.
To manage
and administer Disciplinary & Grievance procedures in conjunction with
the Director of People & Culture.
Effective colleagues’ relations
regarding colleague welfare, health, hygiene, and safety are maintained.
Colleague social activities are offered as appropriate.
The People &
Culture department follows an open-door policy and is a friendly and inviting
office to visit. Oversee the day-to-day HR operations and the workflow of
the department.
Requirements
Prior Luxury
Hotel experience would be preferable.
Excellent communications
and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Turkish and English.
Quality
driven with a passion for excellence.
Must possess excellent
organizational and administrative skills and interpersonal skills.
Strong
attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and delegate.
Approachable, open-minded, and fair.
