As Breakfast
Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the following
duties:

• Responsible for the internal organisation of
  the Ottolenghi kitchen, including the planning of menus, overseeing all aspects
  of food preparation, hygiene and cost control;
• You will supervise
  the Ottolenghi kitchen team;
• Delivering highest levels of quality
  and precision, preparing dishes in line with recipes and standards;


• Maintaining highest levels of hygiene and cost control.

Ottolenghi's restaurants are renowned London eateries known for vibrant, Middle
Eastern-inspired dishes, offering everything from delis to full restaurants,
featuring seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and colorful displays, perfect
for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

As Breakfast
Sous Chef we expect from you:

• Passionate
  and quality-driven approach to cooking;
• At least two years
  of experience in a leadership role as Sous Chef;
• Teamwork, being able
  to work closely with 6-8 chefs on shift;
• Experience in inspired Middle
  Eastern cooking cuisine;
• Good knowledge of English language (written
  and spoken);
• Familiar with hygiene code and HACCP regulations;


• Ability to work evenings and weekend shifts.
