Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok is looking for a Reservation Sales Agent to join
our team.

As Reservation Sales Agent, you will
be responsible for the following duties:

  • To control room
    availability.
  • To be responsible for reservation processes.
  • To
    coordinate with Sales Office on all types of groups and group tour
    reservation.
  • To prepare reports and other documents i.e. Room
    Reservation Weekly Forecast, VIP or State Visit lists.
  • To control
    reservation communication costs.
  • To make decision on acceptance
    or non-acceptance of reservations with or without conditions on facsimiles
    or emails.

As Reservation Sales Agent, we expect
from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management or relevant.

  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in Reservation Department.

  • Proficiency in English and in Computer skills.
  • Possess good
    leadership skills and team player.
  • Good communication and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Proactive communication skills in both verbal and written
    in English and Thai.
