Team.

Using only the finest local ingredients, Taiko presents beloved Asian dishes,

is a celebration of flavour, craftsmanship and artistry, making it an essential
destination for the discerning diner.

As Chef de Partie,
you will be responsible for the following duties:

• You will be supervising the day-to-day operation of a designated section
  within the kitchen, overseeing all aspects of food production;


• Delivering highest levels of quality and precision, preparing dishes in line
  with recipes and standards;
• Maintaining highest levels of hygiene
  and cost control;
• You will act as a role model and mentor to the junior
  members in the kitchen brigade, guiding and supporting them in their
  development.

As Chef de Partie we expect from
you:

• Recent/current experience in the same position
  to that of Chef de Partie for at least two years;
• A passionate
  and quality-driven approach to cooking;
• Works well within
  a multinational team;
• Good knowledge of English language (written
  and spoken);
• Familiar with hygiene code and HACCP regulations;


• Ability to work evenings and weekend shifts.
