The Role

The
Sales Manager – Corporate is responsible for developing and managing corporate
accounts to drive room nights and revenue for Mandarin Oriental Makati.
This role focuses on local, national, and multinational corporate clients,
building strong relationships prior to and following hotel opening. The position
is execution-driven and account-focused, supporting the overall sales strategy
set by Senior Sales Leadership.

Key
Responsibilities

  • Identify, solicit, and manage assigned
    corporate transient and negotiated accounts.
  • Conduct regular sales
    calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
  • Negotiate
    and administer corporate rate agreements in line with brand and revenue
    strategies.
  • Support pre-opening sales activities, including database
    building and brand market entry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date
    records of accounts, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations
    teams.
  • Participate in local trade shows, sales blitzes, and networking
    events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account
    production performance.
  • Ensure all sales practices align with Mandarin
    Oriental brand standards and service culture.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
    in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5
    years of hotel sales experience, preferably in the corporate segment.

  • Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation,
    presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently
    while supporting broader sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
    (preferably Delphi) and Microsoft Office.
