Front Office Supervisor

Conservatorium Amsterdam is looking for Front Office Supervisor to join
the Front Office team.

As Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following
duties:

  • Ensuring a flawless check-in/check-out
    process;
  • Read through arrival report and ensure accuracy of guest
    history;
  • Handle guest complaints diligently and professionally
    and always with good feedback to the guest on satisfaction;
  • Supervise
    and delegate duties to Front Office colleagues, ensuring workflows are logical
    and efficient;
  • Cooperate and coordinate with other departments
    to ensure seamless guest service;
  • Monitor in implement action plans
    where necessary for Fans of M.O. member enrolment and premium spend including
    on property signup;
  • Ensure Legendary Quality Experience (LQE) Standards
    are fully implemented and consistently exceeded throughout the Front
    Office;
  • Monitor grooming, hygiene, and professional behaviour standards
    of Front Office colleagues;
  • Ensure smooth operation of Front Service
    by creating an encouraging and motivating environment for other colleagues;

  • Lead by example in service excellence, motivating the team to uphold
    standards;

As Front Office Supervisor, we expect
from you:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience as Front
    Office Supervisor, preferably in a luxury setting;
  • Flexibility
    and adaptability - you will work on a rotating shift schedule, including
    morning, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends and public
    holidays;
  • Proficiency in the English language.

    Proficiency in Dutch is a plus;
  • Eye for detail, drive to success and
    a supportive attitude;
  • A strong sense of responsibility: always follows
    up, is accurate and knows how to deliver exceptional and personalised
    service;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills –
    approachable and professional in handling both guest complaints and positive
    feedback;
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational and time
    management skills;
  • Excellent presentation;
  • Excellent
    interpersonal skills and a taste for customer contact.
