The Role

The
Sales Executive for Corporate & Transient Accounts is a key commercial driver,
directly accountable for revenue growth from top corporate clients and transient
travelers. This role is focused on proactive prospecting, pipeline creation,
and conversion of high‑value accounts, positioning Mandarin Oriental Makati
as the premier luxury hospitality partner for the corporate sector. Success
will be measured by account production, revenue contribution, and market
penetration.

Key Responsibilities


Revenue Ownership

  • Take full accountability for revenue
    contribution from assigned accounts.
  • Build and sustain a dynamic
    pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Consistently convert leads into
    long‑term, high‑value partnerships.

Relationship‑Driven
Selling

  • Develop trust‑based relationships with senior
    decision‑makers and influencers.
  • Present Mandarin Oriental Makati’s
    value proposition with emphasis on location, modern facilities, and luxury
    amenities.
  • Elevate client engagement through personalized, consultative
    selling that reflects Mandarin Oriental’s prestige.

Market
Penetration

  • Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities
    within corporate and transient travel segments.
  • Position the property
    as the first choice for business travelers in Metro Manila.
  • Collaborate
    with marketing to amplify exposure and strengthen brand presence in key
    corporate markets.

Brand Representation

  • Uphold
    Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service standards in every client
    interaction.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals that embody
    the brand’s luxury positioning and commercial intent.
  • Represent
    the hotel at industry events and client engagements with professionalism
    and prestige.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing,
    or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of hotel sales experience,
    preferably in the sales.
  • Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting broader sales goals.

  • Proficiency in Delphi preferred.
