The Role

The
Revenue Coordinator / Revenue Analyst is a key member of the Revenue Management
& Distribution team and an important contributor to the pre-opening commercial
team of Mandarin Oriental Makati. This role supports the execution of
the hotel's revenue management and distribution strategies, assists
in establishing revenue systems and processes, and contributes to optimizing
performance across Rooms, Groups, Events, Catering and ancillary revenue streams
from pre-opening through post-opening stabilization.

Your
Scope

This role supports all aspects of top-line revenue
management including demand analysis, forecasting, pricing support, inventory
management, reporting, distribution monitoring and market intelligence
activities. The position supports both Rooms Revenue Management and Meetings,
Events & Catering Revenue Management to maximize total hotel revenue and market
share performance.

Organizational Structure

This
position reports directly to the Director of Revenue and works closely with
the Director of Commercial Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance
and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities


Pre-Opening Commercial Setup

  • Support implementation
    of pre-opening revenue and distribution strategies.
  • Assist in PMS, CRS,
    RMS, channel manager and S&C system setup and testing.
  • Support
    development of SOPs, dashboards, reports and forecasting templates.

  • Assist with market intelligence, competitive benchmarking and demand
    analysis.
  • Support rate loading, inventory setup and distribution
    readiness activities.

Strategic Revenue Management


  • Monitor pickup, pace, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR trends.
  • Support
    forecasting for rooms, events, catering and total hotel revenues.

  • Assist with displacement analysis, group evaluations and inventory
    controls.
  • Analyze segment performance across Corporate, Leisure, OTA,
    Wholesale, Group and MICE business.
  • Support Revenue Strategy Meetings
    and pricing recommendations.

Reservations, Events & Catering
Revenue Management

  • Monitor function space utilization and event
    booking pace.
  • Analyze banquet and catering production and conversion
    trends.
  • Support event pricing and profitability analysis.

  • Prepare catering and events forecasts.
  • Evaluate total account
    contribution including rooms and banquet revenue.

Distribution &
Channel Optimization

  • Monitor OTA, GDS, brand.com and third-party
    channel performance.
  • Ensure rate parity and inventory accuracy.

  • Support channel performance reporting and direct booking initiatives.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly
    and monthly revenue reports.
  • Analyze RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, RGI,
    market share and channel contribution.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting
    tools for leadership teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Partner with Revenue, Sales, Events, Marketing, Reservations
    and Finance teams.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting and commercial
    planning activities.

Qualifications &
Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business,
    Finance or related field.
  • 2-4 years experience in Revenue Management,
    Revenue Analysis, Reservations or Commercial Operations.
  • Strong
    knowledge of Rooms Revenue Management and Meetings & Events Revenue
    Management.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
  • Experience
    with HMS, Delphi, IDeaS, SynXis or similar systems preferred.

  • Pre-opening experience preferred.
