About the Job

As the Social Media Manager, you
will play a key role in driving the digital presence, guest engagement,
and brand visibility of Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok's award-winning restaurants,
and bars. Working closely with Food & Beverage, Communications, Digital
Marketing, Creative teams, and external partners, you will lead the planning
and execution of integrated social media strategies that strengthen brand
awareness, enhance guest engagement, and support commercial objectives.


This role combines creativity, storytelling, and analytical thinking,
with a strong focus on content creation, community management, paid social
media, and performance optimization. You will bring our distinctive dining
and bar experiences to life across multiple digital platforms while ensuring
alignment with Mandarin Oriental's luxury positioning, brand standards,
and legendary service excellence.

Key
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic and paid
    social media strategies for Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok's restaurant and bar
    brands, while managing the hotel's LINE Official Account.
  • Create,
    publish, and optimize engaging content across multiple platforms, including
    posts, Stories, Reels, videos, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage community
    engagement, social advertising, performance analysis, and reporting to drive
    brand awareness, guest engagement, and business results.
  • Collaborate
    closely with Food & Beverage, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and external
    partners to ensure all communications reflect Mandarin Oriental's luxury brand
    standards and unique outlet identities.


As a Social Media Manager, We Expect You to Have


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related
    field, with at least 5 years of experience in social media or content marketing
    and 2 years in a managerial or senior specialist role.
  • Proven
    experience developing and managing multi-platform social media strategies
    for hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong
    content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and social media analytics skills,
    with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative,
    trend-aware, and highly organized with a strong understanding of luxury brand
    aesthetics and digital best practices.
  • Excellent communication,
    stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work
    cross-functionally and lead projects independently.
  • Fluent in English;
    Thai language proficiency is an advantage.
