Mandarin
Oriental, Sanya is the first venture of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in China,
extending the Group’ luxury and lifestyle retreat concept designed for seasoned

and luxury.

The resort enjoys the tranquillity of a 1.2 km nationally
protected coral bay and is spread out over 12 hectares of lush tropical bloom
overlooking the warm, soothing waters of the South China
Sea.

Operational 运作方面

To
produce a consistent and high quality product, provide a courteous,
professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following company
Standards
of Performance.

出品一致的高质量菜品，任何时候都要提供一致，礼貌，专业，高效和灵活的服务，遵守酒店标准和行为准则。

To
perform all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work (see attached
Master Task List) to the standard set.

Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular bases
reflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating
philosophies.

执行本人在被指定工作范围内的工作和任务（详见附件主要工作职责）并达到指定的标准。需要注意的是主要工作职责清单的拟搞是建立在一定标准的基础上，包含更新趋势，客人的期望，营运分析。

To
be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments
of the Kitchen Division or any other Department of the hotel
as assigned.

灵活地保持和厨房其它分部门及其它酒店相关部门友好相处。

To
perform all duties and tasks when rotated or assigned to another Department
as per Master Task List for
that Department.

如因工作需要做出岗位调整，则要执行被安排部门及岗位的工作职责和任务。

To
be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by
the hotel.

做到非常熟悉工作区域内的工具及设备设施。

To perform
opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work
as assigned.

在指定的工作区域内执行工作开始及结束程序。

To have
a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in
the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell
alternatives.

对餐饮部的菜单有着全面和详细的了解以方便食品和饮料的推销。

Main
Duties主要职责:

To ensure that the Place of Work
and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all
times.

确保自己的工作区域及附近区域整洁有序。

To monitor operating
supplies and reduce spoilage
and wastage.

安排协调工作所需，减少破损及浪费。

To handle guest
enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints
or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure
follow up
with guests.

礼貌的回答客人的询问，高效快捷地向上级汇报客人的投诉，跟办没有及时回复的客人投诉。
