About
the job
Based Mandarin Oriental, Munich, the Sushi Chef is responsible
for state-of-the-art culinary experiences for our guests. The Sushi Chef reports
to the Head Sushi Chef.
As Sushi Chef, you
will responsible for the following duties:
- ensure that our
offerings are stylish, thoughtful, surprising and delivered with attention
to detail - cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish
- preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines
on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety - raising ideas
and innovations - ensuring minimum kitchen wastage
- assisting
other colleagues
As Sushi Chef, we expect from
you:
- experience as a Sushi Chef
- excellent knowledge
of the Asian cuisine and culture - a focus on our customers
- a
harmonious and humble soul and attitude - excellent communication skills
in German and|or English
