to join our Housekeeping team.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental
Savoy, Zurich within the Housekeeping Department in Zurich, the Housekeeping
Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms assigned
to the room attendant on a daily basis. The Housekeeping Attendant reports
to the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisors.

As
Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for the following
tasks:

• Professional cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms,
  public areas, and back-of-house spaces

• Performing turndown
  service and handling guest requests

• Responsible use of cleaning
  supplies in compliance with hygiene and safety standards




• Forwarding lost and found items to the housekeeping office




• Reporting technical defects to the relevant departments




• Assisting with special tasks within the housekeeping department




• Managing and distributing laundry, guest amenities, and minibar items
  to floor storage rooms

• Processing and managing guest laundry,
  as well as issuing hotel uniforms
