Based Mandarin Oriental, Sanya / within the Engineering Department
in Sanya, the Painter is responsible for paint. The Painter reports to
the Building Maintenance
Supervisor.

As
Painter, you will be responsible for the following
duties:
作为油漆工，您将负责以下工作：
- Receives work
order from the B&D Supervisor and perform general decoration and maintenance
of all Hotel furniture and fixtures, walls and floor coverings.
从装修主管那里收到工作单,

tidy and maintain the work area and ensures that no dangerous equipment, tools
are left strewn onto the work benches and work area. 清洁、整理、维护工作区域

work of Hotel’s assets/properties e.g. tables, chairs, etc.

B&D Supervisor on stock levels and requests for such requests for such
replenishments to ensure that there is a ready supply of carpentry tools

to specifications.根据规格对标牌喷漆 - Paints all surfaces to hotel

- Attend to guestroom, public area telephone work order so given by
the supervisor. 对主管提供的客房、公共区域电话工作单进行维修 - Replace
wall floor coverings as so requested by the B&D Supervisor.根据

to receive instructions/work order.参加每日晨会，接受工作安排 - Based
on drawings/diagrams, he develops and constructs furniture(s), walls and floors
in accordance to specification given. 根据图表, 按照规定的规格整理和建造家具,
墙壁和地板。 - Able to assist other colleagues in other works within
the hotel.能够协助其他同事工作 - Ensure the area to be paint is properly
protected and covered before painting. 确保喷油漆的区域得到适当的保护和覆盖
- To ensure the work area is clean upon works completion.

As Painter, we expect from
you:

- Minimum 1 years
of relevant working experience with similar
position.1年以上相关岗位工作经验 - Proficient in painting, and other
related techniques, with strong hands-on

from other hotel divisions or similar industry
desirable.有其他酒店部门或类似行业的工作经验者优先考虑 - Good
