About
the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan, within the Spa
Department in Milan, the Spa Intern supports the daily operations related
to treatments and massages.

As Spa Intern, you will
be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the Spa
  team in curating outstanding and personalized guest experiences throughout
  the entire wellness journey, from arrival to departure
• Ensure treatment
  rooms and relaxation areas are set up and maintained according to the highest
  luxury hospitality standards
• Uphold a serene, well-organized,
  and impeccably clean Spa environment at all times
• Provide assistance
  to therapists and Spa attendants in preparing guests and coordinating treatments
  efficiently
• Help monitor and manage Spa inventory, including linens,
  amenities, and operational supplies
• Work collaboratively with other
  hotel departments to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience
  
• Participate in both online and in-person training sessions for
  the brands represented in the Spa and for the treatments included in the Spa
  Menu.
• Learn and apply the Spa’s service standards and operational
  procedures.

As Spa Intern, we expect from
you:

• Italian and English communication skills


• Studies in massage therapy and an obtained or upcoming certification in
  a cosmetology, aesthetic, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal
  skills.
• Self-motivated.
