As
a Barista at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:


  • Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to company
    standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming
    and positive guest experience.
  • Take customer orders accurately
    and process payments using the POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness
    and organisation of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and inventory
    checks.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health &
    safety regulations.
  • Support the wider Food & Beverage team during busy
    service periods.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns
    professionally and efficiently.

As a Barista,
you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours
a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts
(including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where
applicable.
