About
the job
To be fully aware of designated section menu, recipes,
method of production and presentation standards.
Prepares
the necessary food items in accordance with standards in a timely & efficient
fashion to ensure that there is no interruption to guests’ service.
Execute all food items with standard recipe and plating guide as devised
by Sous Chef or Head Chef.
Ensures that station opening
and closing procedures are carried out to standard.
Operate all
kitchen equipment and conduct them with safety in mind at all
the times.
Carry out close liaison with all section of
the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
As
a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie, you will be working on a rotating shift basis,
Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week.
Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including
weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where
applicable.
