global best practices, improving CRM adoption, translating business needs into
practical system solutions and embedding repeatable processes that improve sales
effectiveness, revenue visibility and commercial performance

As
Sales Systems & Revenue Enablement Administrator, you will be responsible
for the following duties:

  • Sales systems ownership:
Act as the global business administrator and point of contact
for Salesforce/Delphi and connected sales platforms, ensuring the tools
are configured, governed and continuously improved to support current commercial
    priorities.
  • Revenue enablement and sales support: Partner with hotels
and global sales teams to identify opportunities to improve sales productivity,
pipeline visibility, account planning, conversion and revenue generation through
better system use and actionable insights.
  • CRM adoption and field
enablement: Drive adoption of Salesforce/Delphi as a practical sales tool
through training, coaching, user guidance, best-practice documentation
and support for sales leaders and sellers.

or transitioning properties, ensuring local teams are equipped to use
    the platform effectively from launch.
  • Commercial process optimisation:
Design, maintain and improve standard operating procedures for Delphi access
and usage, including Global.fdc, Delphi.fdc, MeetingBroker, iPlan, interfaces
and related workflows, with a focus on consistency, efficiency and revenue
impact. Data governance and revenue visibility: Own account, opportunity
and activity data standards to enable accurate reporting, room revenue tracking,
segmentation, forecasting support and meaningful commercial analysis across
    Salesforce, HMS and related systems.
  • Reporting and insights: Develop
and maintain reports, dashboards and data views that help sales leaders
and hotel teams understand performance, identify gaps, prioritise opportunities
    and support commercially sound decision-making.
  • Automation and system
enhancements: Stay current with system releases, automation opportunities,
AI-enabled functionality and improved workflows that reduce manual effort,
increase data quality and improve the seller experience.
  • Integration
and stakeholder alignment: Work closely with owners of connected systems
including HMS, DV, GDS, SynXis and other commercial platforms to ensure clean
handoffs, reliable data flow and joined-up outcomes.
  • Vendor and release
support: Support the Sales Systems Manager in vendor coordination, release
testing, issue resolution, enhancement prioritisation and documentation
    of system changes.
  • Ongoing data quality management: Lead regular
audits, cleansing, deduplication and mapping reviews to improve data accuracy,
reduce friction and increase trust in sales reporting.
  • Strategic
and ad-hoc projects: Contribute to functional reporting, sales excellence
initiatives, commercial transformation projects and other priorities
that improve sales effectiveness and revenue performance.
