About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou, within the Spa Department
in Guangzhou, the Spa Concierge is responsible for, but not limited to booking
all spa treatments, explaining services to guests, any POS sales including
retail and checking in and checking out all guests in a professional manner.
The Spa Concierge reports to the Assistant Spa Operation Manager.
As Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for
the following duties:
- Handle Spa Reservations, enquiries,
and complaints at the Spa reception. - Responsible for all treatment
recommendations & spa membership sales. - Perform cashier duties at
the Spa reception. - Handle opening and closing of Spa reception.
- Promote retail products & offer aftercare.
- Handle reports
and administration duties.
As Spa Concierge,
we expect from you:
- Good in both written and spoken
English. - Minimum of 1 years of relevant guest services experience
in luxury Spas/ hotels / and open for potential person who interesting with non-
Spa experiences. - Strong organizational skills and some selling
skills. - Good communication and listening skills are required.
- Positive attitude and politely gesture.
- Knowledge of the Spa
industry is preferred. - Proficient in use of Microsoft office.

关于职位
该职位位于广州文华东方酒店水疗中心，水疗礼宾员的职责,
包括但不局限于预订所有的水疗护理，提供客人优秀出色的服务，包括产品销售和零售产品以及POS机的使用，协助所有客人并提供一个专业的指导。水疗礼宾员向水疗中心营运副经理汇报。
作为水疗礼宾员，你将负责以下职责：
- 在水疗接待处处理水疗预订、咨询和投诉。
- 负责所有治疗建议和水疗会员销售。
- 在水疗接待处执行出纳职责。
- 处理水疗接待处的开启和关闭。
- 推广零售产品并提供售后服务。
- 处理报告和行政工作。
作为水疗礼宾员，我们期望你具备以下能力：
- 良好的英语听说读写能力。
- 有1年豪华水疗/酒店相关宾客服务经验者优先考虑，有潜力但无水疗经验的也可接受。
- 较强的组织能力和一定的销售技巧。
- 良好的沟通能力。
- 态度积极、温恭有礼。
- 了解水疗知识者优先。
- 熟悉微软办公软件。
