As a Commis Chef
at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
As a Commis Chef, you will be working on a rotating
shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will be night
shifts, starting at either 9pm or 10pm (including weekends and bank holidays),
so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Night Chef
candidate, you must have previous experience working in a high-quality kitchen.
You will be trustworthy, reliable, and committed to your role.
