About
the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai within
the Marketing & Communications team, the Marketing Executive is responsible
for enhancing the hotel’s brand visibility and commercial performance
by managing marketing campaigns, content creation, social media and digital
platforms, coordinating advertising initiatives, supporting market research,
and ensuring consistent brand representation across all guest-facing
and internal channels, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage and lifestyle
experiences. Marketing Executive reports to the Marketing
Manager.

As a Marketing Executive, you will
be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage the hotel’s
    digital and social media channels, including content creation, scheduling,
    publishing, and audience engagement.

  • Monitor campaign
    and platform performance, analyse key metrics, and prepare reports
    with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Develop
    and coordinate marketing content, eDM campaigns, and promotional materials while
    maintaining organized asset and content libraries.

  • Support
    and execute photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality content that aligns
    with brand standards and marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate
    with internal teams and external partners to promote hotel experiences, deliver
    campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.


  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring
    to identify opportunities, improve campaign performance, and support business
    growth.

As a Marketing Executive, we expect
from you:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury
    hospitality, Food & Beverage, luxury retail, agency, or marketing roles,
    preferably within a 5-star hotel environment.

  • Proven expertise
    in managing social media platforms, developing content strategies, and executing
    paid social media campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of market
    research, competitor benchmarking, trend analysis, and campaign performance
    measurement.

  • Experience supporting Food & Beverage marketing
    initiatives, including restaurant promotions, events, partnerships, activations,
    and venue launches; pre-opening experience is an advantage.


  • Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder
    management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
    deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
    Canva, and digital marketing tools; Arabic language skills and Middle East
    market experience are highly desirable.
