About
the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Chef de Rang
is responsible for the day-to-day operation in our In-Room-Dining department.
The Chef de Rang reports to the In-Room-Dining Manager.

As Chef
de Rang, you will responsible for the following duties:


  • Welcoming and providing personalized In-Room Dining service to our
    guests
  • Taking orders, advising guests, and serving food and beverages
    in guest rooms
  • Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by anticipating
    guest needs and responding promptly to requests
  • Independently managing
    In-Room Dining operations during assigned shifts
  • Ensuring compliance
    with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards

As Chef de
Rang, we expect from you:

  • Professional experience in upscale
    gastronomy is an advantage
  • You are flexible, creative
    and team-oriented
  • You enjoy being a host
  • Ability to work in
    a team and on your own initiative
  • Very good communication skills
    in German and English
