About
the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Chef de Rang
is responsible for the day-to-day operation in our In-Room-Dining department.
The Chef de Rang reports to the In-Room-Dining Manager.
As Chef
de Rang, you will responsible for the following duties:
- Welcoming and providing personalized In-Room Dining service to our
guests - Taking orders, advising guests, and serving food and beverages
in guest rooms - Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by anticipating
guest needs and responding promptly to requests - Independently managing
In-Room Dining operations during assigned shifts - Ensuring compliance
with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards
As Chef de
Rang, we expect from you:
- Professional experience in upscale
gastronomy is an advantage - You are flexible, creative
and team-oriented - You enjoy being a host
- Ability to work in
a team and on your own initiative - Very good communication skills
in German and English
