COMMIS DE RANG, THE ROSEBERY

39 hours, 5 days per
week

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Commis de Rang
to join our Rosebery team.

As a Commis de Rang at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park,
London, you will be responsible for:

  • Running food from
    the kitchen to the tables, providing an explanation of the dishes upon
    delivery.
  • Preparing mis en place for the Rosebery operation.

  • Communicating guest requests in a timely manner and to relevant
    colleagues.
  • Demonstrating strong menu knowledge when required.

  • Ensuring work stations are kept clean and tidy at all times.

As a Commis de Rang, you will be working on a rotating
shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week.

Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening (including weekends and bank
holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be
a successful Commis de Rang candidate, you will have a good level
of English, previous experience in a customer service setting (restaurant
experience is ideal, but not essential) and a friendly, conscientious
attitude.
