NIGHT CONCIERGE ASSISTANT

4 on, 3 off / 3 on, 4 off, 12-hour
shifts (8pm – 8am)

a Night Concierge Assistant to join our Concierge team.

As a Night Concierge Assistant
at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:


  • Ensuring luggage or other guest items are delivered/collected from
    the guest’s room, within our standard timeframe.
  • Deliver complimentary
    newspapers to occupied guest’s rooms, paying attention to their preferred choice
    of paper.
  • Log all pieces of luggage stored in the appropriate logbook,
    until guests collects their luggage/returns.
  • Polish luggage trolleys
    and ensure general cleanliness of the bell desk and luggage area.

  • Assist doorman in loading and unloading luggage for guests.

As a Night Concierge Assistant, you will be working on 12
hours shifts on a rotating basis, Monday to Sunday.

Shift patterns will predominantly be night shifts from 8pm to 8am (including
weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where
applicable.

To be successful Night Concierge Assistant
candidate
, you will have a strong command of written and spoken English
and show a positive, pro-active attitude. Previous luxury hospitality experience
is ideal, but not essential.
