About
the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Internship Trainee
is responsible for the day-to-day support in our F&B
operations.

As Internship Trainee, you will responsible for
the following duties:

• Assist in daily operations of restaurants
  and/or banqueting services
• Support service teams in delivering
  high-quality guest experiences
• Interact professionally and courteously
  with guests
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless
  operations
• Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by anticipating
  guest needs and responding promptly to requests
• Independently managing
  operations during assigned shifts
• Ensuring compliance with all Mandarin
  Oriental and HACCP standards

As Internship Trainee,
we expect from you:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed
  a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or a related
  field
• Strong interest in Food & Beverage operations and hospitality
  service excellence
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability
  to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team and
  on your own initiative
• Very good communication skills in German
  and English
