About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental
Savoy, Zurich within the Front Office Department in Zurich, the Night Auditor -
Hourly supports the Night Team in daily tasks, ensuring seamless operations
throughout the shift. The Night Auditor - Hourly reports to the Night Supervisor
and Front Office Manager.

As Night Auditor - Hourly, you will
be responsible for the following tasks:

• Responsible, together
  with the night team, for security and guest services at night
• Carrying
  out the closing of the day
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety
  regulations
• Responsible for the reception tasks at night


• Assisting with billing and invoicing
• Friendly check-in
  and check-out of our guests
• Other responsibilities include performing
  all administrative and operative tasks and ensuring consistent knowledge of our
  Mission Statement, Pillars and all other service standards

As Night Auditor - Hourly, we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry. Experience in the Front
  Office department in the upscale hospitality
• Sense of responsibility,
  teamwork, organizational skills and good time management
• Good computer
  skills, PMS knowledge
• Communication skills - guests will come to
  you with both complaints and positive feedback
• Flexibility
  and resilience - your position will include weekend and holiday shifts


• Excellent manners, approachable and well-groomed appearance, as well as
  a positive charisma
• Excellent knowledge of German and English. Other
  foreign languages are an advantage
• Successful applicants must have
