About The Role
As Room Service Attendant
at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, you will deliver seamless, punctual
and discreet in-room dining and guest services while maintaining the highest
standards of presentation and hygiene.

Key
Responsibilities

  • Deliver flawless in-room dining and guest
    service in line with MOHG standards, attending to guest requests with courtesy
    and discretion.

  • Maintain and inspect service equipment, trays,
    trolleys and utensils; ensure stations are stocked and report shortages
    or faults.

  • Clean and service rooms according to MOHG procedures
    when required (occupied, checkout, turndown services), ensuring amenities
    and linen rotation meet standards.

  • Follow health & safety,
    HACCP, Safe & Sound and FLHSSE protocols; report incidents, maintenance needs
    and any unusual situations promptly.

  • Accurately record tasks
    and requests in hotel systems (HotSOS / Infor), manage lost & found and support
    inventory control and waste reduction.

  • Communicate
    professionally with guests and internal departments, escalate issues
    appropriately and contribute to a positive team environment.

  • Strong interpersonal
    and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent knowledge of luxury
    hotel room service and housekeeping standards.

  • Highly
    responsible, reliable and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to remain
    calm, courteous, and solution-focused under pressure.

  • A
    collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with multicultural teams.


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury hospitality, ideally in room
    service or housekeeping.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish;
    additional languages are an advantage.
