BREAKFAST WAITER

39 hours, 5 days per week (5:30am start
time)

We’re looking for a Breakfast Waiter to join our
iconic Breakfast team.

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London’s most

As
a Breakfast Waiter at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will
be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating excellent food and beverage
    knowledge of the breakfast menu items
  • Taking food and beverage orders
    from guests
  • Achieving guest satisfaction through high quality
    service
  • Ensuring that your station is stocked and tidy at all times,
    and ensuring that mis-en-place levels are kept up to standards

As a Breakfast Waiter, you will be working on a rotating
shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts will be starting
at 5:30am (including weekends and bank holidays).

To be
a successful Breakfast Waiter candidate, you will ideally have previous
experience in a food and beverage setting. You will be an excellent communicator
with a passion for hospitality and providing excellent
service.
