Design Engineering Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and oversee engineering design and technical
service activities across hotel projects and developments. • Provide technical
guidance and consultation to project teams and stakeholders. • Review
and monitor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) system designs for new
developments, renovations, and conversion projects. • Ensure all engineering
designs comply with company standards, local regulations, and industry
requirements. • Prepare technical reports, engineering analyses,
recommendations, and design guidelines. • Coordinate with consultants,
contractors, and internal departments to ensure project requirements are met. •
Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and engineering milestones to ensure
timely completion. • Review project documentation and technical submissions
prior to stakeholder approval. • Prepare project presentations, proposals,
and supporting documentation when required. • Maintain complete engineering
records, reports, and project documentation. • Support process improvement
initiatives and enhance engineering procedures and systems. • Identify
opportunities for cost reduction, sustainability initiatives, and energy-saving
improvements. • Stay updated on engineering technologies, trends, and industry
best practices. • Build strong working relationships with internal teams,
business partners, and external stakeholders. OTHERS • Continuous learning

with the company. JOB REQUIREMENT • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. • Minimum 5 years
of working experience in engineering design, technical services, or related
fields. • Experience in hotel engineering projects, consultant offices,
high-rise, or residential developments is preferred. • Strong knowledge
of engineering standards, codes, and industry practices. • Good written
and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong project management
and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze technical issues and provide
effective solutions. • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. • Ability
to work effectively in a multicultural environment. • Self-motivated with strong
problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to travel frequently across regions
outside the country.
