Job Description: • Oversee all Human Resources functions to support hotel
operations • Understand and ensure the implementation of HR policies &
procedures • Follow the current labor market situation in order to
be competitive in terms of compensation & benefits • Execute and lead
employee relation activities, as well as training / skills development • Handle
recruitment processes efficiently • Lead the performance management processes •
Prepare monthly reports and various administrative duties Candidate
Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant
discipline – At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years
in managerial level, preferably in hospitality – Strong knowledge in
the principles and practices of all HR functions – Good written and spoken
English communication skills – Professional disposition with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
