Guest Relations Supervisor (Russian Speaker)

The
Guest Relations Supervisor (Russian Speaker) is responsible for delivering
exceptional guest service by acting as the primary point of contact
for Russian-speaking guests throughout their stay. The role ensures a seamless
arrival and departure experience, anticipates guest needs, resolves complaints
promptly, and coordinates with all departments to deliver personalized luxury
service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist
guests during check-in and check-out.
Provide personalized service
and respond to guest requests efficiently.
Communicate effectively
with Russian-speaking guests and provide translation support when required. />Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely
manner.
Supervise daily Guest Relations operations and support the Guest
Relations team.
Coordinate special occasions, VIP arrivals, and guest
preferences with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate guest profiles
and records in the property management system.
Ensure compliance
with Anantara brand standards, policies, and service procedures.
Prepare
daily reports and communicate important guest information to management. />Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring Guest Relations team members. />Perform any other duties assigned by management.
