KEY DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Anantara The Palm team members
are expected to support the business, guests, and colleagues whenever
required.

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms in accordance with hotel
    SOPs and quality standards.
  • Follow all health, safety, and chemical
    handling procedures.
  • Maintain linen, uniform, and inventory records,
    ensuring par stock levels are met.
  • Process lost & found items
    and maintain accurate records.
  • Minimize wastage of linen, amenities,
    and other housekeeping supplies.
  • Ensure hotel security by reporting
    incidents or suspicious activities promptly.
  • Fulfil VIP requirements
    and guest special requests in a timely manner.
  • Clean and maintain
    housekeeping equipment.
  • Report room damages, losses, and maintenance
    issues immediately.
  • Remove room service trays and update room status
    accurately.
  • Report sleep-outs, prolonged "Do Not Disturb" rooms,
    and any unusual situations to Housekeeping Management.
