Spa
Operations

• Supervise the daily operations of the spa
  to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor treatment
  schedules, therapist assignments, and room availability to maximize
  productivity.
• Ensure all spa facilities, treatment rooms,
  and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and fully
  operational.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures
  in accordance with established standards.

Guest
Experience

• Deliver exceptional guest service
  by ensuring personalized, professional, and memorable spa
  experiences.
• Handle guest requests, feedback,
  and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure
  therapists consistently meet the hotel's service and grooming
  standards.
• Promote guest loyalty by maintaining high levels
  of guest satisfaction.

Team
Leadership

• Supervise, coach, and motivate Spa
  Therapists and Spa Attendants.
• Conduct daily briefings
