Key
Responsibilities

• Lead the Rooms Division operation
  and ensure consistent delivery of Anantara brand standards.
• Maintain
  a strong presence in guest areas and engage with guests, VIPs and long-stay
  guests.
• Drive guest satisfaction and manage feedback, requests
  and service recovery effectively.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas
  meet expected cleanliness, presentation and maintenance
  standards.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping,
  Engineering, Reservations and other departments to ensure seamless guest
  experiences.
• Maximise room revenue and support upselling and other
  commercial opportunities.
• Manage departmental budgets, manpower,
  productivity and cost control.
• Lead, coach and develop the Rooms
  Division team while continuously improving operational
  standards.

What We Are Looking
For

• Proven Rooms Division or Front Office leadership
  experience within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership,
  communication and guest-relations skills.
• Good understanding of Rooms
  revenue, budgeting and operational performance.
• Hands-on, calm
  and solution-focused leadership style.
• Strong commitment to team
  development and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
