The Hotel Manager
is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management
of Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest
experiences, outstanding service standards, and sustainable financial
performance. As a key member of the Executive Committee, the Hotel Manager
oversees all operational departments, drives service excellence, develops
high-performing teams, and ensures the seamless execution of the resort's luxury
brand standards.
The role requires a highly visible and hands-on leader
with a passion for luxury hospitality, personalized service, and continuous
operational improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Cluster General Manager
to achieve the resort's strategic objectives while fostering a culture
of excellence, innovation, and employee engagement.
Fluency in Russian
or German is highly desirable to support communication with key luxury guest
markets and strengthen relationships with travel partners
and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership

Provide strategic and operational leadership across all resort departments,
including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Spa,
Engineering, Security, Guest Services, and Villa Host.
• Ensure seamless
day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of luxury
hospitality and personalized guest experiences.
• Lead daily operational
briefings and coordinate effective communication between departments.

Ensure compliance with Anantara brand standards, operating procedures,
and quality assurance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement
initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. />Guest Experience
• Champion a culture of exceptional, intuitive,
and personalized service throughout the resort.
• Build strong
relationships with guests, particularly VIPs, repeat guests, and high-profile
clientele.
• Personally manage complex guest concerns and ensure timely
resolution of service recovery situations.
• Monitor guest feedback, online
reviews, and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. />• Create memorable experiences that reinforce guest loyalty and brand
advocacy.
Financial & Business Performance
• Support the Cluster
General Manager in achieving financial targets, including revenue,
profitability, productivity, and cost control objectives.
• Monitor
departmental performance against budgets and key performance indicators.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies while preserving
the luxury guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Commercial and Revenue
teams to support occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue growth.
• Ensure
effective control of operating expenses, inventory, and labour costs. />People Leadership
• Inspire, coach, and develop department heads
and operational teams.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance
workplace culture.
• Support succession planning, talent development,
and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews
and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Promote compliance
with company policies, health and safety standards, and employment
legislation.
Quality Assurance & Brand Standards
• Ensure all
departments consistently meet or exceed Anantara luxury brand standards.

Conduct regular operational audits and quality inspections.
• Implement
corrective action plans where service or operational standards require
improvement.
• Support sustainability initiatives and responsible tourism
practices aligned with company objectives.
Health, Safety &
Compliance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene,
environmental, and security standards.
• Lead emergency response planning
and crisis management when required.
• Maintain compliance with local
regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
Strategic
Planning
• Support the Cluster General Manager in developing annual
business plans and operational strategies.
• Contribute to capital
expenditure planning and property improvement initiatives.
• Identify
emerging trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the guest

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or
a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive luxury hotel
operations experience.
• At least 3–5 years in a senior operational
leadership role such as Hotel Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, or Director
of Operations within a luxury resort.
• Experience leading multi-department
resort operations in an international luxury hospitality environment.

Previous experience with luxury villa resorts or remote island destinations
is highly desirable.
• Experience with international hospitality brands
is preferred.
