Job
Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, courteous, and personalised
  service during every guest interaction.
• Create a welcoming
  and comfortable environment by ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean,
  well-presented, and fully prepared prior to guest arrival.
• Anticipate
  guest needs and respond promptly to requests with professionalism and genuine
  care.
• Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all
  times.
• Report and follow up on guest requests, maintenance issues,
  and lost & found items promptly.
• Support the hotel's commitment
  to delivering memorable and personalised guest
  experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
  or equivalent; Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality is
  an advantage.
• Previous experience in Housekeeping within
  an international or luxury hotel is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with
  a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Basic
  English communication skills are preferred.
• Physically fit and able
  to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended
  periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high
  standards.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public
  holidays.
