Key
responsibilities

  • Supervise daily F&B/bar operations
    and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead and motivate the service team during
    shifts.
  • Maintain Anantara's luxury service standards and maximize
    guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and coordinate staff
    assignments.
  • Monitor beverage and food quality, presentation
    and service.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints and service recovery
    professionally.
  • Control stock, wastage and operating
    costs.
  • Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation and safety
    standards.
  • Support upselling and revenue-generation
    initiatives.
  • Assist with staff training, coaching and performance
    development.
  • Coordinate with the Outlet Manager and other hotel
    departments.
  • Help prepare the outlet for special events, promotions
    and high-volume periods.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of F&B
    experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, upscale restaurant,
    or bar.

  • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
    is preferred.

  • Good knowledge of bar and beverage operations,
    including cocktails, wines, spirits, and service
    standards.

  • Strong guest-service and communication
    skills.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Able
    to lead, motivate, coach, and train F&B team members.

  • Good
    understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace
    safety.

  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, stock
    taking, and cost control.

  • Able to work flexible shifts, evenings,
    weekends, and public holidays.

  • Professional appearance, positive
    attitude, and ability to work effectively in a high-volume luxury hospitality
    environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability
    to handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally.

  • A
    genuine passion for hospitality, beverages, and creating memorable guest
    experiences.
