The AV Technician
is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all
audiovisual, sound, lighting and multimedia equipment within the hotel. The role
supports guest events, conferences, meetings, weddings, and entertainment
activities by ensuring all AV systems function efficiently and meet company
standards.
The ideal candidate should possess a background in Electronics or Electrical
Engineering and have hands-on experience with audiovisual systems, sound
equipment, lighting controls and preventive maintenance practices. Strong
technical skills, attention to detail and the ability to provide timely support
to both guests and internal departments are essential to ensure seamless event
execution and exceptional guest experiences.
