Key Duties &
Responsibilities

always find new ways to look after the business, their guests and team members.
Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Deliver
    exceptional, personalized guest service by ensuring a warm welcome, efficient
    check-in/check-out, and prompt assistance throughout the guest
    stay.
  • Respond to guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints
    professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of guest
    satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information on resort facilities,
    services, activities, promotions, and local attractions while promoting hotel
    outlets and experiences.
  • Coordinate with Concierge, Bell Team,
    Housekeeping, Guest Services Centre, and other departments to ensure seamless
    guest experiences.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate guest records, billing,
    cashiering transactions, and Front Office documentation in accordance
    with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all Front Office operations
    comply with hotel standards, service procedures, health, safety, and security
    requirements.
  • Monitor guest arrivals, departures, VIPs, and special
    requests to ensure personalized service and operational
    efficiency.
  • Participate in training and continuously develop product
    knowledge, operational skills, and service excellence.
  • Foster positive
    working relationships with colleagues while maintaining a professional
    appearance and representing the resort in accordance with company
    standards.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management to support
    the efficient operation of the Front Office and achieve departmental
    objectives.
