Responsible for driving
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) business across
the cluster by developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts,
and maximizing group and event revenue across all cluster properties. The role
will proactively identify and convert MICE opportunities, maintain strong client
relationships, conduct sales calls and site inspections, prepare proposals,
and work closely with the respective hotel teams to ensure seamless delivery
of events and achievement of cluster sales targets.
