for perfection, we are looking for you! We are currently seeking a Senior
Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor to join our vibrant team. At
the Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center , we are in search of individuals
who go beyond the resume – those with character and skills, a true Banqueting
Enthusiast! In your role as Sentior Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor,
you will: Run the daily Meeting & Events (M&E) operations, where all aspects
of the guest conference and M&E service experience are delivered to the highest
levels: Set-up and turn-down of meeting rooms Set-up of Food & Beverage
facilities Preparing (electronic) equipments in the meeting room; WorkÂ
proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive
and timely response to guest enquiries; Work as part of the Food & Beverage
department; Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key
stakeholders; Support the M&E Operations Manager where needed; Have an excellent
eye for details. Qualifications What we would like you to bring to the team: -
Experience in banquets; - Supervisory skills with a hands-on approach
and lead-by-example work style; - Commitment to delivering exceptional guest
service with a passion for the hospitality industry; - Ability to find creative
solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where
required; - Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment
that demands excellence, time and energy; - Strong interpersonal skills
