Pastry Chef

Job Description Design and prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, cookies,
and other desserts. Ensure all baked goods are completed on time and to
the highest quality standards. Decorate pastries using different icings,
toppings, and other elements to ensure the presentation is attractive. Develop
new seasonal and custom recipes based on trends and customer preferences.
Monitor ingredient stocks and place orders as necessary.

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of work areas, utensils, and equipment.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Supervise and train
junior pastry staff (if applicable). Collaborate with the Executive Chef
and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role.

Certification in baking/pastry arts is preferred. Deep knowledge of baking
techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards. Creativity and attention
to detail. Time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work early
mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Additional Information Why Join
