Job Description Answer employee questions and provide support when needed,
and refer any sensitive or complex matters to the People & Culture Manager.
Organize CVs and keep the candidate database updated. Support managers
with employee-related requests. Prepare invoices and other P&C documents. Follow
up on P&C requests with other departments.

Create employee files and make sure all required documents are complete. Follow
up on missing employee documents. Update employee information in P&C systems
and files, including contact details, bank accounts, IDs, certificates,
and other documents. Keep all employee files safe, organized, and confidential.
Prepare employee letters and job offers using approved templates.

Coordinate employee contracts and required documents with the Government
Relations Officer. Support the onboarding process for new employees and make
sure all required documents and onboarding checklists are completed. Support
the offboarding process , including employee clearance and required documents.
Follow up on probation periods, contract expiry dates, ID expiry dates,
municipality cards, first aid certificates, and other important dates. Prepare
a monthly report of upcoming expiry dates and share it with the People & Culture
Manager.

Support attendance-related matters , including following up on employee
attendance concerns and reporting any issues to the People & Culture Manager.
Help with P&C communications , including employee announcements, notices, memos,
and other internal communications. Support employee engagement activities ,
including employee surveys, recognition activities, birthdays, national days,
international events, and monthly or quarterly celebrations. Suggest ideas
and activities to improve employee engagement and employee experience . Help
organize employee activities and maintain a positive working environment.

Keep employee locker records updated and ensure the information is properly
recorded. Follow up on employee cafeteria feedback, suggestions, and complaints
and share them with the relevant department. Update employee notice boards
and make sure the information is current. Maintain files for casual labor
companies, including employee IDs, attendance sheets, and invoices. Support
the Government Relations team by preparing and organizing employee documents
when required.

Support other P&C activities and projects as assigned. Maintain strict
confidentiality of all employee information and documents. Ensure all P&C
activities follow hotel policies, procedures, and company standards. Perform any
other tasks assigned by the People & Culture Manager. Qualifications Must be
a Saudi National.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Hospitality, or a related field. Previous experience in People & Culture, HR,
or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Good communication
and interpersonal skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Good
knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Good organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail
and ability to maintain accurate employee records. Ability to handle
confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion. Ability
to work effectively with employees and different departments. Positive attitude,
teamwork, and willingness to learn.
