Job Description Are you an early riser with a passion for great food
and exceptional guest experiences? Join our team at Radisson Blu Waterfront
Hotel, Stockholm , to help create the perfect start to our guests' day. We
are looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and a positive attitude
to the kitchen. Beyond technical skills, we value team players who take pride
in their work and enjoy delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
What You'll Do As a Breakfast Chef (extra), you will play an important role
in ensuring our breakfast service is consistently fresh, efficient,
and enjoyable for every guest. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing
and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes in line with hotel standards.

Ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen during breakfast service.
Maintaining high levels of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Delivering excellent guest experiences through attention to detail and
a service-minded approach. Working closely with front of house to ensure
efficient kitchen operations and a positive team environment. Following all food
safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

Contributing to departmental goals and hotel initiatives. Maintaining accurate
documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience A passion for food, hospitality,
and delivering exceptional guest service. Strong teamwork and communication
skills. A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work well under
pressure.

Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily challenges. High
standards of personal integrity and professionalism. Strong commitment to food
hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Work includes weekends and early morning
